Introduction

This is a symbolic building at the ‘Samseong Station Intersection’ where Teheran-ro and Yeongdong Bridge intersect in the middle of Gangnam. It was completed in 1995 as a large building with 32 floors above ground and 8 floors underground. It is a curtain wall construction made of glass and boasts its grandeur to this day. It has an overall streamlined cross-section, and circular spaces are placed at the left and right ends of the building. Of course, large windows provide excellent lighting and an overwhelming view. At this point, I feel a little envious of the staff at the office I am moving into. But citizens also have a role to play. That is the large sky contained in the glass panel on the front of the building.
