When is the 2026 Gangnam Festival?
From Saturday 3 to Monday 5 October 2026. The parade, concerts and festas take place along Dosan-daero on 3 and 4 October, and the festival closes on 5 October with the marathon and temple concert at Bongeunsa.
Where is it held?
Along Dosan-daero and across Gangnam-gu. The main venue is Dosan-daero between Cheongdam Intersection and Dosan Park Intersection. On the final day the Gangnam International Peace Marathon runs along Bongeunsa-ro and the Hey Bongeun Temple Concert is held at Bongeunsa.

What happens on day one, Saturday 3 October?
The Grand Parade runs from Cheongdam Intersection to Dosan Park Intersection at 16:00, followed by the Family Concert at 19:00 and the EDM Party at 21:30. Earlier in the day: the K-Pop Dance Workshop at 11:00, the Global K-Pop Dance Championship final at 13:00 and the K-Pop Makeup Show at 15:00. The Food Festa, Beer Festa and Fashion & Beauty pop-ups are open 10:00–22:00.
What happens on day two, Sunday 4 October?
The Fashion & Beauty Festa runs 13:00–17:00 on Dosan-daero 45-gil (four runway shows, with DJ ASTER at 16:00), followed by the Global Food Contest at 14:00, Random Play Dance at 16:00 and the Cheongdam Hair & Makeup Show at 18:00. The K-Pop Concert takes place 18:00–21:00 at Dosan Park Intersection.
What happens on the final day, Monday 5 October?
The Gangnam International Peace Marathon starts at 08:00 on Bongeunsa-ro (08:00–16:00), and the Hey Bongeun Temple Concert is held at Bongeunsa at 18:00.
Who performs at the K-Pop Concert and how do I get in?
Seven acts perform on Sunday 4 October at 18:00 at Dosan Park Intersection: PSY, ZEROBASEONE, P1Harmony, AlphaDrive One, LUNATE, KiiiKiii and SAY MY NAME. Tickets are sold on Ticketlink. On the day, the ticket booth opens at 12:00: show your mobile ticket and ID to receive an entry wristband. Visitors under 15 are not admitted. The line-up may change.
Are there road closures during the festival?
Yes. Dosan-daero between Hakdong Intersection and Dosan Park Intersection is fully closed in both directions from 00:00 on Saturday 3 October to 05:00 on Monday 5 October. On 3 October the stretch from Yeongdong Bridge south end to Cheongdam Intersection is reduced from 12 lanes to 6, and from 14:00 to 20:00 the parade direction between Mongjungheon and Hakdong Intersection is closed. Buses along Dosan-daero are diverted, so public transport is recommended. See the road closure notice for details and bus detours.

Gangnam-gu Office. The festival began in 2012 and 2026 is its 15th edition.
