The design direction began with completing design value grounded in technology. M. Frame is a project encompassing not only design, supervision, and construction management—including structure, safety, demolition, materials, specifications, construction methods, scheduling, procurement, and permits—but also project management. The result was achieved at 50% of the cost of new construction.

With 'memory' as its theme, the project expresses a simple yet refined architectural story within the frame, with the afterimage of that memory rendered as layers. M. Frame settles into the urban landscape with quiet elegance.
