The dessert composition changes slightly with each season, such as corn on the cob in the summer and semi-dried eclair in the fall, but you can find vanilla tarts that shine like painstakingly polished marble all year round. The slightly sweet vanilla almond cream brings out the flavor of vanilla and perfectly captures the greasiness. The part sablé part is so sticky that I put strength into my hand holding the fork without realizing it. There is only one table for 6 people in the store, so you often have to wait to eat. One-day classes where you can learn recipes for representative menu items are also as popular as desserts.
