Hi Lera! Could you introduce yourself?

Hello! I'm Lera, a fashion model from Russia. I work as a model in Seoul while also running the YouTube channel 'LeraLera.' I mainly create content about Korean fashion, styling, and Seoul hotspots. I believe fashion isn't just about wearing clothes — it's a way of expressing who you are. In Seoul, especially Gangnam, I find endless inspiration with new trends everywhere I look.

How did you end up modeling in Seoul?

I was modeling in Russia when I received an offer from a Korean agency and came to Seoul. It was originally a short-term contract, but I completely fell in love with Seoul's fashion industry and culture! The trendiness and attention to detail in K-Fashion really impressed me. I ended up settling in Korea, and now I'm enjoying life in Seoul, balancing my modeling career and YouTube activities.

Do you visit Gangnam often? What does Gangnam mean to you?

Gangnam is my most-visited area in Seoul! Cheongdam-dong and Apgujeong are the epicenter of Korean fashion, and Garosu-gil is a joy for discovering independent designer brands. Gangnam is where you can experience the full spectrum of fashion — from global luxury labels to up-and-coming Korean designers — all in one place. Plus, there are so many trendy restaurants and cafes that it's no wonder fashion-forward people flock here.
