The name zest has two meanings. The first meaning is the peel of oranges, lemons, etc., and the second meaning is an abbreviation for ‘zero waste.’ To reduce plastic emissions, we make our own carbonated water and pay close attention to details that can easily be overlooked, such as placing towels in the bathroom.
